Application Types

• Freshman: High-school seniors or first-time college students seeking an undergraduate degree. Students who earn college credit before high school graduation are still considered freshman for admissions purposes.

• Transfer: Students who have earned 12 or more semester hours of transferable college credit after high school graduation.

• Readmission: Previously enrolled degree seeking UWF students who have not been in attendance for three or more consecutive academic semesters (including summer) or recent UWF graduates who wish to return to take classes as a degree-seeking student.

• Non-Degree: Students who do not wish to seek a degree at UWF, but wish to take classes for leisure, prepare for graduate school/professional development, pursue a certificate, or transient students.
